Solution A web environment was created to highlight the team, the process and the benefits of working with Lombard and its technology partners. An interactive CD Rom was developed to replace costly traditional direct mail and provide a better understanding of Lombard's team, transitional process, and payouts. |
Result Lombard immediately received a cost savings by lowering their per piece direct mail efforts from $6.00 a unit to under a dollar. As well the feedback from prospects and Lombard's brokers has been extremely positive. |
