Challenge

Develop a brand identity and communications strategy to position Alternative Credit Solutions as the leading provider of personal finance and money management education in the United States.

Solution

Mind Invention's proven discovery process provided the ability to review the positioning strategy of the most formidable competition, identify target consumer's demographics, and to conduct one-on-one interviews with key influencers and key management for a better understanding of the organization. The information gathered was then formulated into key differentiators intrinsic to Alternative Credit Solutions. Alternative made a strategic decision to rename the organization The National Foundation for Debt Management and committed resources toward educating the public via its newly launched web presence. Finally, the differentiators were transformed into targeted messages, both visual and written, which were then permeated throughout all other communications vehicles.

Result

The National Foundation for Debt Management is currently helping to educate over 30,000 members through the use of the tools and programs created in collaboration with Mind Inventions. This ongoing effort will continue to provide a variety of financial resources dedicated to creating a better understanding of personal finance and money management by the public.
