Challenge Develop an online environment to promote and support the sales efforts associated with leasing commercial property throughout the Baltimore / Washington region. Enable an outside sales force to access an online environment and download all marketing communications materials needed for any sales call. |
Solution Mind Inventions worked with Atlantic Realty through our proven discovery process in defining the overall brand and messaging to be incorporated into the online environment. Mind Inventions then conducted our web pre-build exercise, which enables all team members to create a final “blueprint” of the web online environment on paper prior to any design or coding being done. The pre-build identified the marketing materials needed by the sales team, the best user interface approach and the functionality needed by the sales team to utilize the site as an ongoing sales/marketing tool. Mind Inventions then built and delivered, and deployed the agreed upon online environment. |
Result Atlantic’s sales team was extremely happy with the site's ability to allow visitors to quickly identify properties and get in-depth views of the building including detailed floor plans via a virtual tour. The sales team’s ability to access all marketing materials via the online web environment kept management’s promise and was critical in building team moral. |
